Originally from Romania , I moved to Ireland at the age of 16. Prior to starting with Artizan Food in SMBC, I was the General Manager of 31 Lennox, a bustling restaurant in the heart of Portobello. Before this, I was a Manager in Davy Byrnes, a hugely popular Dublin city gastro bar where I worked for 14 years. 

With nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry I’m so excited to join the Artizan team at SMBC and I’m looking forward to helping make your workplace food experience the best it can be! Adrian

Originally from Sardinia in Italy, I moved to Ireland in 2013 to learn English for 1 year, I fell in love with the country and 11 years on I’m still here! I qualified in Culinary Arts in 2005 in Italy, and have experience in all aspects of the professional kitchen. I have special qualifications in bakery, Italian gelato and fruit sculptures and I have worked in various luxury resorts, restaurants, hotels and bakeries in Sardinia.

Prior to working with you here in SMBC I was the Head Chef of the Italian Restaurant "Pronto Cafe" proudly presenting signature Italian dishes using traditional techniques. I’m loving cooking for you all and can’t wait to get to know you. Valentina

My name is George Podaru , and I am originally from Romania. I moved to Ireland 12 years ago and I have always worked In hospitality. Before working here for Artizan in SMBC I worked in the Morrison hotel and Urban Picnic.

 I love football and fishing and I am really enjoying working with you all here in SMBC. George
